I am sorry you are sick. I figured the ferret would be a no go. The rain will stop, even if it is just temporarily. The good news? You summer has to get better!
You're not alone - I'm an adult but my husband won't let me have a ferret either :( But I get to have fun with them in the pet store, and on the bright side I don't have to clean the stink.
